How do I return an item?

We want you to be totally pumped about your purchase!
If an item does not meet your expectations, just send it back within 60 days and we will promptly replace it or credit you back - whichever you prefer.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:

1. Circle the item you are returning on your invoice.
If you lost your invoice, let us know at support@oenophilia.com and we can email you a copy.

2. Let us know why you are retuning the product?
- You ordered the wrong product
- We shipped you the wrong product
- The product was damaged
- The product was cramping your style

3. Action you would like taken:
- Refund your Credit Card
- Exchange for a new item (total may not exceed original item price)

4. Include this information in the box with merchandise. Insure and ship to:
